Payments, Policies and Shipping

Shipping times are 3-5 days - it may be longer for larger orders (10+ skeins).  ilashdesigns works a regular work schedule of Monday - Friday. Thank you!

Payments

All payments from this site are processed through Paypal or credit card. Paypal, credit card or a U.S. postal money order are accepted forms of payment. Please contact me for alternative payment arrangements. Any authorized return items paid for with Pay Pal will be reimbursed through Pay Pal. Please allow up to 14 business days for this process. PayPal rates of return are enforced by PayPal and are not under my control. Refunds are not available for purchases made with money orders or on "sale" items.

Big Cartel will not let you hold items in your cart for longer than one hour. So please contact me for any hold requests.

Refunds and Exchanges

No returns are accepted for discounted or sale items, finished item pieces, or custom orders. If there is ever a problem with any other item you receive, please contact me within 7 days, of receipt of item, so we can attempt to work out a resolution. Item cost (less shipping costs) can be returned to you when I receive the item in the exact re-salable condition to be determined by me, it was when I sent it out to you. Processing return funds could take up to 2 weeks per PayPal policy.

Shipping

The current shipping schedule is as soon as possible. I am available to ship packages M-F, and often Saturday, but weekends are not guaranteed shipping days. I cannot ship on holidays. Most packages ship USPS First Class. If you need expedited shipping please contact me to make those arrangements before you place your order. If I process your shipping label through PayPal (which I usually do for US residents) you will receive a shipping receipt via your PayPal e-mail address. International orders are hand processed through my mail window and not through PayPal. You will not receive a shipping confirmation. I do save copies of all international customs forms and can provide you the number in connection to that form, but that limited tracking may or may not only display when the package arrived at customs and/or when it left customs. Customs scanning of packages is not guaranteed. Some packages (at my discretion) require USPS Signature Confirmation. For Signature Confirmation packages please provide an address where you will be available during business hours. If placing multiple orders, and the orders are received by me in time, I will combine multiple orders working toward making your shipping as cost effective as possible.
